Chile Lime Blend

Reminiscent of warm Mexican evenings, this zesty blend of sea salt, chilies, citrus and spice conjures memories of sweet tropical fruit, street corn vendors and cocktails rimmed with spice - but Zocalo is so much more than that! Use it on grilled fish, chicken and steak it’ll give your vegetables the flavor boost they never knew they needed.

Main Ingredients: sea salt, chilies, organic lime powder

Wonderful with: Seafood, grilled meats, fresh fruit, sweet corn, cocktail rimmer

Suggested Uses:

Sauté fresh shrimp with butter and olive oil- toss with Zócalo, cilantro and fresh lime juice

Use as a dry rub for a Deliciouser take on beer can chicken

Season grilled corn on the cob

Add a bit of zip to fruit popsicles and tropical fruit sorbets

Add Zócalo to your Bloody Marys, Margaritas and Micheladas

Add to melted butter and toss with stovetop popcorn

Zócalo, olive oil and lime juice makes a wonderful marinade for steaks, chicken and pork
