Morelli Basil & Garlic Linguine is made with Tuscan durum wheat semolina using artisan methods. The pasta contains wheat germ, which is processed fresh and added back into the flour, along with basil and garlic. During cooking, it releases a distinct aroma of garlic, basil, and wheat germ. The pasta cooks in about 5–6 minutes and works well with simple, light preparations such as garlic, oil, and red chili.
