Shipping policy

Once an order is placed, we usually ship within 2 business days. Olive and Herb then sends email order confirmations to the "bill to" address specified on the order. An email confirmation is sent from UPS that specifies when the package was shipped and the corresponding tracking number.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or other territories under US control.

Olive and Herb will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.
